Party 3 explores the second story of the palace. They encountered:

An illusion of swords floating in the air and fighting each other
a laboratory with stuffed animals (taxidermy), shelves of books and scrolls, jars of powder herbs, symbols painted on the walls, and an iron statue (which moves on its own volition)
a bedroom with a kitten familiar of a Mirabalis who can also transform into a panther.
Meet Candella and Duchess who are two adventurers that the party find suspicious.
The party combats a doppelganger disguised as Mirabalis.
