While he does this Jilly casts invisibility on Nyx. Once the cart is past them Stilton slaps her friends awake and Beatrix immediately casts sleep on Jilly and Ellie. This awakens [[Tankard Safecracker]] a halfling bandit that had not been noticed by the rescuers as he was sleeping in the cart. The combat continues and in the end Jilly and Ellie fall to the rescuers, while Tankard is spared.
