Population primarily consists of Traladarans and Thyatians, as well as a growing blend of the two. Karameikos is also home to [[Callarii Elf Tribe|Callarii]] elves, gnomes (mostly from the community of Highforge), Dwarves and Halflings.

The southern reaches of Karameikos are a coastline on The Sea of Dread. To the North are mountain ranges that create a border with the [[Republic of Darokin]].
